A warm + modern counseling experience centered around your needs

Lots of us struggle with therapy and asking for help. It feels awkward. Talking can’t possibly make anything better. Waiting rooms are stuffy, counselors are impersonal, and it becomes one more thing to do.

I believe there is a better way. You deserve to talk to a real human - who happens to be a therapist. Connection and authenticity matter. Knowing you are not alone matters.

I provide that space — where you can tell your story & let your shame go.

Bring the crying baby, log on from the break room, or let’s talk about reality tv until you’re feeling comfortable. I are here to meet your needs first and foremost.

  • I became certified in perinatal mental health treatment in 2021 after my own experience with PPA in 2019, and have continued to expand my training and expertise.

I provide supportive therapy and evidence based interventions to address and treat:

Birth trauma, new parenthood, resurfacing childhood wounds, postpartum anxiety and depression, attachment concerns, body image concerns, abortion, fertility struggles, the TTC process, grief & loss - miscarriage, neonatal loss, TFMR, stillbirth.

In addition, my office is equipped with all necessary baby supplies, is baby friendly, and there is a pelvic floor therapist on site, as well as many other resources available.

  • Do you have a partner, spouse, friend, parent or other person in your life who makes you feel crazy, small, like you can’t do anything right, or like everything is your fault?

Are you being abused by this person physically, emotionally, sexually or otherwise?

Whether there is a narcissist in your life, you suspect it, or there are other types of abuse going on, I can help.

I have been working with survivors of abuse since 2010. There are many forms of abuse, and I can help guide you through healing with or without leaving the relationship, teaching you communication, boundary setting, safety planning, self-discovery and red flags as well as education on narcissism, tactics and red flags.

Please note that I do not treat narcissism or provide couples counseling in these scenarios.

  • I have been working with women who are experiencing some kind of emotional pain and looking to create change in their lives for over 15 years. Whether it is a job/career change, a difficult personal decision, divorce, children, moving, ending a toxic dynamic… I am here to provide unbiased support and guidance. Please visit my services page to learn more about how I can do so.

“Owning our story can be hard—but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky—but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.”
