Therapy practices are a dime a dozen. So why ours?

Allied Counseling for Women, LLC is a small, specialty practice founded in 2023 by a mother of two. It was built on the belief that therapy should be above all else, human to human. Our mission is rooted in the desire to treat each client in a way that gives them comfort, relief and hope; prioritizing both real connection and trauma-informed expertise.

We understand personally that you are carrying enough burden. When you’re struggling and looking for help, it shouldn’t feel like one more daunting task on a to-do list. We invite you to show up as you are without worry about how you’ll be perceived. We see the whole person walking through the door: not just the problems bringing you in.

We have created a space that is welcoming, comfortable and safe, where you can share your story and let your shame go. We can help you, and we will; with compassion, understanding and acceptance.
